For those who prefer a field test, there are still five seats at the Chefs Table, where you can watch the cooking and exchange ideas directly with the chef.

TAG The Restaurant: A dynamic space

Seasonally exploited by pop-up projects, led by national and international chefs.

The second pop-up is orchestrated by Chef Hugo Candeias.

Hugo Candeias, portuguese Chef, has just arrived from Spain, coming directly from Hoja Santa, Albert Adriá's restaurant, in Barcelona, of which he was Head Chef in recent years.

With a great desire to return to his country, he headed to Lisbon to develop a more personal project, at TAG the Restaurant.
